FSA Donation Presentation

100 Women Who Care Northeast Chapter held our quarterly meeting on November 3, 2021 at the Saratoga Springs United Methodist Church.

We heard about 2 wonderful local nonprofit organizations that were nominated by 100WWCNE members. The 1st presentation was Family Service Association of Glens Falls (FSA), and the 2nd was Habitat for Humanity. It was a difficult choice, but FSA ended up receiving the greatest number of votes!

Several members braved the cold on December 4th to present Kim Sopczyk, Executive Director of FSA, with our collective donation of $5,800! The money will be used to support their Feet First Program. The program helps to provide shoes to children of families in need in our local community.

To date, 100WWCNE Chapter has donated $34,800 to nonprofit organizations in Warren Washington, and Saratoga Counties. GREAT WORK!!!

Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday February 2, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the Saratoga Springs United Methodist Church.
